  1. Sad to hear about Mary’s passing. I always enjoyed seeing her when she was with my mom. Always friendly and nice. She would always ask how my daughter was doing as well as by brothers and sister. Will be missed. Jimmy Joyce.

  2. Dear Amanda and family- I met your mother in the Fall of 2010 when I returned to the Portland area and joined the Cathedral Bible Group on Friday mornings. She was such a treasure to get to know her deep inquiring spirituality and her immense love of her family. I would be so happy to see her at Saturday 4pm Mass. she would sidle down the aisle into my pew with a big smile, joke and a hug. At Bible group she would tease me about how I should make some cookies. Your 3 children meant the world to her and I got to meet your 2 younger children after Mass. Such a friendly fun soul she lived out the commands of Jesus. Love God and His commandments first and also love your neighbors as yourself. I will miss her and may she rest in eternal peace. I am so sad for your loss. Lisa Carson
