William Renneisen, 60, of Springvale passed away on Sunday, May 23, 2021 due to a medical condition.
He was born on May 4, 1961 in Cincinnati, OH, the son of Thomas and Pauline (Fox) Renneisen. Bill grew up in Jasper, IN and spent much of his young life there. He was very athletic in High School, playing football, basketball and swimming. He attended Indiana University and earned his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Music and Theater.
Bill went on to work on staging for bands, (including Fleetwood Mac) all around the country.
Aside from the arts, Bill also specialized in Information Technology and his work brought him to Maine, where he met and married the love of his life, Alice Sims. Together they raised a nephew, Kyle McNeil.
Currently Bill was employed by Madison Resources in Portsmouth, NH where he had been for about 8 years.
He had always been a sports fan and enjoyed watching football and basketball. He also loved playing golf.
One of his favorite past times was camping and camp fires. It didn't matter the season, it was always a good time for a bon fire. He also had a nice collection of old Dietz kerosene lanterns.
Bill was a natural problem solver, wonderful husband, father, and friend. He was also everybody's "Uncle Bill". He was much loved and will be dearly missed.
He is predeceased by his parents.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Alice Renneisen of Springvale, his nephew Kyle McNeil, of Springvale, a brother Mick Renneisen and his wife Brenda of Indianapolis, IN, and two sisters in law, Pamela Sims of Lynn, MA, and Theresa Young of Abington,a brother in law Howie Sims and his mother in law Eleanor Sims, and many nieces' nephews and special friends.
A celebration of life will be held at a date and time to be announced.
