He loved to clean and was very tidy and kept the camp shipshaped.
He was a good friend who was uncomplicated, and he enjoyed the simpler things that life had to offer, and I will miss him.
He really loved the lake, and going sailing on it. He also would take his Father’s Chris Craft, I think it was a 38 foot, out on the ocean from time to time. I helped paint the hull once or twice, but never got a chance to go out on the ocean in it. He really loved the water.
His friends and family and the camp.
You would often see him with a broom in his hands sweeping or cleaning something up.
His favorite place was and still is the camp on 4th Road at Wilson Lake.
You were a good friend and hope to see you again.
Sorry to hear about Tom’s passing. My condolences go out to his entire family. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
I was introduced to Tom by a mutual friend back in the late sixties. He was a kind and thoughtful person who would do anything to help someone out.
Making a person feel at home and sharing what he had.
I can’t think of anything about Tom that others might not know. He was a very open person to most of his friends as far as I know.
