Shannon Brennan

Shannon Marie Brennan, 41, of Sanford, ME, passed away on Saturday, February 19th, 2022 due to natural causes. Shannon was born in Sanford, ME on October 26th, 1980 to Diane and Shean Brennan. She attended local Sanford schools growing up. Shannon loved her children, family, and friend's very dearly. Her children were the light of her life. She loved listening to hip hop/rap music, and her favorite artist of all time was Eminem, to whom she loved singing her heart out too. She also loved watching sports games and was a huge Patriots and Yankee fan. She loved coloring or drawing pictures with her two daughters in her free time. She also loved playing card games such as Rummy or Yahtzee with her family and friends. During the summer season, she loved sitting around big fires with her family and friends and spending quality time with them. But the thing she loved doing the most was being with her children and spending time with them. Shannon will be remembered for her contagious laugh, her comical side and ability to make people laugh, her smart mouth, and her huge heart. Shannon is survived by her 2 daughters, Kaitlin Nash, and Abigail Brennan, her partner Matt Feeney, brother Jerry Brennan, half-brother William McKay, her Aunts Kathi Brennan, Debbie Brennan, and Patience Brennan, her Uncles Pat Brennan, and Richard Porell, and her cousins Josh Guillemette, June Schrader, and Brett Dunlap. Shannon was predeceased by her mother, Diane Brennan, and her father, Shean Brennan, her grandparents Tom and Reinette Brennan, her grandfather Charles Brennan, her Aunt June Brennan, her cousin Traci Brennan, and her cousin James Brennan. A private funeral service is planned to be held September 10th in honor of her memory. The location and time will be sent out to all of her family and friends via mail shortly. Arrangements are under the direction of Black Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, Sanford-Springvale.
