Sandra Lynn Bartolome, (69) of Sanford, ME, passed away peacefully on January 1st, 2025.
Sandra, fondly known as Sandy, was born on May 25th 1955 in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Her loves included cooking, traveling, especially to Bar Harbor and spending time with her grandchildren.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Joseph and two children, Joseph and Carley. Her lovely 6 grandchildren Jacob, Jaren, Jaylyn, Joseph, Isobel and Alejandro and 1 great grandson Jaxon. She is also survived by her younger sister Donna Oakley. Sandra was predeceased by her parents, Vernon and Shirley and her brother Ronald.
Her true passion was the love of her life, Joseph, her husband of 50 years.
She touched many lives and will be deeply missed.

As your baby sister I always wanted to be your friend. We had many ups and downs but sis I loved you with my whole heart. I want thank joe for being there when I needed a hand in my younger years. You and Sandu took me on when I was homeless. Thank you! I will miss you Sandy and teasing you on your birthday saying “Rose’s are red, violets are blue, I sure am glad I’m younger than you.
She brought light and laughter even in the darker moments, brought everyone together with her amazing cooking, and always pushed others to be the best version of themselves. Much love and rest easy. We’ve got it from here❤️❤️
