Rita G. Legere

Rita G. Legere,84, passed away on Saturday July 9, 2016 at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough. She was born in Sanford on July 20, 1931 a daughter of the late Wilfred and Maria (Becotte) Guillemette.A lifelong resident of Sanford, she had been employed as a mender at the Sutton Mills and was a communicant of Holy Family Parish. She enjoyed socializing with her friends whether it be at the Trafton Center or going out to lunch regularly at Wendy's, Shains or Lord's restaurant. She also enjoyed doing all diffrent types of crafts. She is predeceased by her husband, Gerard who passed away in 2005 as well as one sister, Cecile Blanchette.She is survived by her three sons, Ronald Legere and his is wife, Janet of Limerick, Michael Legere and his wife, Sandi of Sanford, Steve Legere of Mesa, Arizona, one brother, Robert Guillemette of Sanford, grandchildren, Christine Wilkins and her husband, Richard, Matthew Legere, Mark Legere, John Legere, Erin Deering and her husband, Rollie, Nathan Legere, great grandchildren, Autumn Wilkins, Alex Guilbault and her husband, Ricky and Codi Deering.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 19th at 10AM at St. Therese of Lisieux Parish, Holy Family Church.
