My condolences to Richard’s family on the loss of a nice man.
I worked with Dick in the Production & Control Department from 1972 to 1976.
Dick always had a laugh, joke or funny saying to keep us laughing.
At Reese we had a Production meeting every afternoon about 3 pm. We met in a small room. Or boss didn’t care for smoke so Dick got the idea that all of us (6 guys) would smoke cigars during the meeting.
Needless to say, that meeting didn’t last long.
I just learned today of Richard’s passing. Richard and Cecile were close friends of my mom and dad. I remember spending lots of times visiting them as a child. My heart goes out to Cecile and the boys and family.
Dear Aunt Cecile and cousins,
My deepest condolences for your loss. Uncle Richard brought so much joy to my heart just being in his presence. His laughter and smile was contagious. When being with Uncle Richard was like a warm blanket around you. I loved him dearly. He will forever be missed. His memories are priceless.
Oh Mike, I remember hanging out with your Mom and Dad at Oktoberfest in Germany. We had so much fun! He was such a great man. I’m so sorry your hearts are aching. Sending all my love and hugs to you, your Mom and Debra.
