Lebanon, MaineRichard W. Good, 69, of Lebanon, Maine, died Wednesday May 15, 2002 at The Maine Medical Center, Portland.He was born in Presque Isle, Maine on October 28, 1932, he was the son of Fred and Florence Sharpe Good, and attended schools there.Mr. Good moved to Ct. as a younger man and worked in machine shops there. He moved back to Maine in 1974 and was employed by The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard for 21 years in shop # 31, retiring in 1993.He was a member of Emmanuel Advent Christian Church in Rochester, NH.Mr. Good was an accomplished musician, playing the guitar, mandolin, violin, keyboards and the harmonica. He also enjoyed singing. He enjoyed woodworking, especially fine cabinetry and working with machines.He is survived by his wife of 40 years Gayle Pajumpa Good of Lebanon; sons Kevin S. Good of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Kirby S. Good of North Carolina, Randall R. Good of South Carolina and Aaron M. Good of Sanford, Maine; three granddaughters and 1 grandson; brothers Merle Good of Presque Isle, Maine and Walter Good of Jamestown, NY.Relatives and friends may call from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Monday at Heald Funeral Home 580 Main Street, Springvale, Maine. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday at The Emanuel Advent Christian Church Rochester, NH.
