Richard W Anderson,70, of Berwick Maine passed away Thursday, June 13, 2024 at his home after a long battle with COPD. He was born June 8, 1954, in Waltham Massachusetts, the son of the late Eric and Adelia Anderson. Richard resided for the last 14 years in Berwick Maine, previously living in NH. He attended schools in Waltham Massachusetts. He worked many years in the commercial cleaning industry. Richard enjoyed playing the harmonica, guitar, and occasionally singing. In his earlier years he loved to fish and motorcycling. He enjoyed his life. Having coffee with his friends at Dunkin Donuts was a treat he enjoyed. He was also proud of his Swedish heritage. He is survived by his special loving friend, Connie Tremblay, his many nieces, nephews, and cousins, his friend and "stepson" Christopher Rand, his sister in law JoAnn Anderson, his daily phone friend Bernadette Hart, and his feathered friend BC the cockatoo. Being the youngest of his siblings, he is predeceased by sisters Anna Roberts and Nancy Raymond, and his brother Eric Anderson. Jr. At his request there will be no calling hours or funeral service. A Celebration of Life will be planned by the family in the future.
