Adams, 71, of Shapleigh Road, West Lebanon, Maine passed away Friday, March 29th at home.Richard was born in East Orange, NJ., on January 19, 1931, the son of Harry and Florence Stahl Adams. He was married to the former Mary E. Tieder of Beacon, N.Y.Richard a loving father and husband leaves his wife, Mary and their four children, Susan and her life companion, Lynne Park of Lebanon, Joan and her husband, Joseph Bickford, Somersworth, N.H., James of Barrington, N.H., and Tyler of Lebanon, Maine.He also leaves his brother, Harry and his wife, Marion of Nazareth, P.A., and his sister, Marie Rasley of Bangor, P.A., and many nieces, nephews and friends.Memorial donations may be made to the scholarship fund at Portsmouth Christian Academy, 1 Seaborne Dr., Dover, N.H. 03820. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
