Phil,
Going to miss your early morning text (5: 30 – 6:00 am ) about all the sports we would discuss . We would allways come to the conclusion we could manage the teams better. This next part is going to be tough, but I am going to honor you because I love you and will miss you. GO GIANTS. Now you can get back to taking your long bike rides which you had to miss because of health.
Phil rest in pease my great friend Dan Gentile
Phil was a shining light! Always positive no matter the issue. He showed us how to live vigorously. I’ll miss his discussions on the latest book he read. His effervescent smile. The world has lost someone very special. But we are better for having known him.
My deepest sympathy is extended to Bev and the rest of his family.
Godspeed Phil!
Beverly, my sincere condolences to you and your family on Phil’s passing. He was a great guy and a good neighbor. I always admired the stamina he had when he rode his bike. May he rest in peace.
