Patricia Young

Patricia A. Young, 70, of Sanford, passed away on Wednesday March 15, 2006 at the H.D. Goodall Hospital in Sanford. She was born in Orono on March 17, 1935, a daughter of Harold and Pauline (Griffith) Phillips.Mrs Young had been residing in Sanford for the past 29 years. For many years she had been employed at the former Ames Dept. Store as well as waitressing at Jerry's Diner in Sanford. She was a member of the Avon President's Club, a position achieved through her sales achievements.She is predeceased by her husband, Harold W. Young, one son, Michael Dazelle.She is survived by her children, Mary Gamache of MA, Thomas Dazelle of Wyoming, John Dazelle of Wyoming, and Jane Hebert of Hollis, one brother, David Griffith, as well as 5 grandchldren.Arrangements are under the direction of the Lafrance-Lambert & Black Funeral Home, 29 Winter Street in Sanford.Contributions may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society 1 Main Street, Suite 300 Topsham, Maine 04086.Condolences may be expressed by returning to the "condolence" icon at the top left of this page.
