Ola Fuller

Ola F. Fuller, 96, of Springvale, Maine, died peacefully, on Wednesday December 7, 2005 at St. Andre's Health Care Facility in Biddeford. She was born in Norridgewock, Maine on August 27, 1909 the daughter of Olen and Mabel (Shaw) Taylor.She began teaching piano at the age of 16 and continued teaching students in her home until she was 94. She was a member and organist for the Order of the Eastern Star for many years and was church organist at the Christian Science Society in Sanford for over 70 years. She also played piano to entertain at area nursing homes. "Gram" inspired us all to appreciate the gift of music and the love of family.She enjoyed traveling to Hawaii, California and Bermuda with her daughter.She is predeceased by her husband, Harry Fuller, son, Jordan Fuller and daughter, Noreen Libby.She is survived by her daughter in law, Nancy Fuller of Springvale, five grandchildren, Kevin Fuller and his wife, Rene, Keith Fuller and his wife, Deborah of Georgia, Daron Libby and his wife Audrey Allen of Londonderry, NH, Brya Kimball and her husband, Peter of Ossipee, NH, Jana Boudreau and her husband, Blaine of Arundel. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Christian Science Society in Sanford.A memorial service will take place on Sunday December 11 at 2pm at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street in Springvale.Condolences may be expressed at the tab at left.
