Norman Dion

Norman E. Dion, 50, a 25 year resident of Tenants Harbor, Maine passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday January 4, 2006 in Belfast, Maine. He was born in Salem, MA, on October 16, 1955 a son of Normand F. and Pierrette (Montplaisier) Dion. He graduated from Salem High School in 1974.When he was younger he enjoyed and found time to learn how to fly airplanes, and do some lobstering. For the past 20 years he was a self employed heating contractor.He is predeceased by his father, Normand F. Dion.. He is survived by his mother, Pierrette Dion of Alfred, Maine one brother, Robert Dion of Auburn, NH, his fiance, Sheila M. Inscore of Tenants Harbor, 2 nieces, 3 nephews and several aunts and uncles.Visiting hours will be on Saturday November 7 from 6-8pm at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home 580 Main Street in Springvale, Maine. A graveside service will be held in the Spring at Evergreen Cemetery in Alfred.In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association 343 Gorham Road, South Portland, Maine 04106.
