Neil Graffam

Neil S. Graffam, 49, died on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Southern Maine Health Care in Sanford. He was born in Sanford on July 5, 1966 to James and Linda (Mullaney) Graffam.Neil lost his battle with illness after a long and courageous fight. His family will miss his generosity, his heart of gold and even his stubbornness. He will be especially missed for being a good Papa to his grandchildren who thought the world of him. Neil's survivors include his long time partner, Anna Smith, his brother, Wesley Graffam, sister Vicki Graffam and her partner Reggie, three step-children, Mark, Stephanie, and Michelle, five grandchildren, Hayden, Harlee, Faith, Dante, and Colton, and a nephew, Christopher.To leave a message of condolence please click tab at left.
