White, 81, of Springvale, died Sunday December 8, 2002 at The Goodall Hospital in Sanford.She was born in Waterboro Maine on May 28, 1921 the daughter of Harold and Eva (Shepard) Day.She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.Mrs. White worked in various factories, restaurants, and nursing homes, and also worked at The Holiday Inn in New Jersey.She is survived by her husband George of Springvale; her son Franklin Standish of Sanford; three grandsons Christopher, Michael and David Standish of Colorado; a sister Rhoda Cote of Sanford; several nieces a nephew and predeceased by a brother George Shepard in 1991.Relatives and friends may visit from 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM on Thursday at Heald Funeral Home 580 Main Street, Springvale where a funeral will follow at 11:30 AM.
