Michael C. Crowley

Michael C. Crowley Sr., 49, of Shapleigh, passed away on Wednesday February 15, 2006 at the Maine Medical Center in Portland. He was born on November 23, 1956 in Addison, Maine a son of Calvin E. and Hazel E. (Gray) Crowley.He attended local Sanford schools. Michael was very laid back, he was everybody's uncle Mike. His greatest joy in life was spending time with family and friends as well as boating. During his spare time he also enjoyed doing carpentry work on his home.He is predeceased by his mother, Hazel Gray. He is survived by his father, Calvin E. Crowley of Addison, one brother, Dale Crowley Sr., and his wife, Dorthea of Addison, one sister, Velma Farnsworth and her husband, John of Addison, daughter, Jessica Crowley of Sanford, Michael Crowley Jr., of Shapleigh, daughter, Shanna Vincent of Ellsworth, 3 grandchildren, 2 nephews, 4 nieces, several great nieces and great nephews as well as many close friends.There will be a gathering of family and friends at Mulligan's Tavern in Sanford on Friday February 24th at 3:00 PM. A spring burial will take place at the families convenience.
