  5. I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. Please know that you and your family are in my prayers during this difficult time. Wishing you comfort, strength, and peace in the days ahead.

  6. Aunt Maryann was a wonderful, loving caring person who will be deeply missed. And know that you are all forever in our thoughts and prayers.

  7. Such a sweet aunt to all of us you are gonna be missed. I hope you have no pain anymore and know that we all loved you so much. I’m so thankful I got to see you the last time I came up. I love you, Aunt Marianne.

  8. My Grandma will forever be centered in my most valuable memories: at Christmas, filling the kitchen with the scent of the best marina sauce, garlic, anise, and gingerbread while her and the family gleefully participated in games she arranged, such as Yankee Swap or the “Right Family.” Our annual late August trips to Spirit Halloween, exploring the gothic decor and costumes as if we were in a museum. Filling my school-free summer days at the local Wildlife Park, where we visited our favorite animals while sharing lively conversations about their secret lives between exhibits. Mother’s day involved three generations seated around a bountiful platter of Sushi in Downtown Portland–sometimes resulting in a quick stop at Miccuci’s grocery on India street, where she spoke of one day sharing a glass of wine with me after turning 21. Like many grandmothers, she always had the best words of advice for me, but beyond that, she was always my advocate, emphasizing her unconditional love for me as her grandchild.
I wish the rest of her family well, sending love and prayers during this time of loss and remembrance.

  9. Mom, I miss you already. I feel an emptiness that you once filled. You were my rock and my North Star. You gave so much and asked for so little. I thank you for all your love and support you provided Henry & I. I am deeply saddened that you are no longer here. However, so very thankful you are not suffering anymore. I know you are in a peacefull place now. And when the time comes, I know we shalll see each other again. Much love, your Daughter, Bethany
