Madelyn Price Marks Inman

Madelyn Price Marks Inman, 79, wife of G. Inman, died March 17, 2003 at her home in Sanford Manor Apartments.Mrs. Inman was born in Dover, NH, on July 28, 1923 the daughter of Ralph and Annie Veldon Price.Her mother died shortly after her birth and she lived with her grandparents, Dow Price and Ada Munson Price for three years on the Price Farm in Berwick, Maine. Her grandparents then moved to Presque Isle, Maine where she lived much of her younger years.She had been a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Presque Isle, The Sovereign Grace Meeting House in Old Orchard Beach and the Cornerstone Baptist Church in Sanford.Besides her husband she is survived by a living daughter, Mrs. Beulah Marks Osberg, and her husband, Sheldon Osberg, two stepsons, David Inman, and his wife, Claire Gagne Inman, and Everett Inman, four first cousins, 14 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, three step grandchildren and three step great grandchildren. She was also the mother of Gloria Marks Maines, and Carroll Richard Marks, both deceased.Mrs. Inman was a loving mother and wife, devoted and with a sweet disposition, dedicated to keeping her home in good old fashioned comfort and welcome, and honoring her Lord.A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Sunday at Heald Funeral Home 580 Main Street Springvale Maine. Elder Richard Barker will officiate.
