  18. I just reconnected with Linda earlier this year after running into her outside of Pembroke, where my son lived. She looked happy and healthy and it was so nice to see her again. Our history goes way back; our kids are the same age and we had a sort of family connection. She was a sweet lady who adored her kids and grandkids. She never had a bad word for anyone and I was happy I ran into her again after so many years. Rest in peace my friend. ❣️

  19. Honey, you are my world, you showed me the type of love that I didn’t think I was worthy of, you made me the man I am today.
Without you in my life seems impossible, but I will continue to move forward to show you how much your love means to me.
Until we are together again, all my Love.
    Marcel

  20. My family moved from Saco to Alfred in my sophomore year. I remember being terrified to go to a new school and try to make new friends. Linda and Karl walked to our new home in the February cold one evening, to welcome us to their neighborhood. Linda was 14 as I recall, I was amazed at her kindness, her big beautiful smile and her beautiful eyes. From that night forward and every night after dinner, she and Karl included me in their after school activities. At school Linda introduced me to her close knit group of friends who all made me feel welcome. I was amazed at all the things Linda knew how to do. She taught me how to process honey from the hives, through all stages of preparation and bottling. She taught me how to split firewood on her grandparents wood cutting and splitting equipment. She taught me how to swim at Loon Pond. She and Karl invited the whole neighborhood for strawberry shortcake feeds on their front lawn. She employed me and my dads pickup to go door to door, borrowing picnic tables and she’d cover them with red and white checkered tablecloths. She and Karl made dozens of strawberry shortcakes from scratch, fresh baked biscuits with strawberries they grew themselves! This 14 year old girl was amazing! Many evenings when other teenagers we’re sitting at home bored, Linda would invite half a dozen of us up to bake desserts as a team activity. She taught me how to make jello, pudding and whipped cream parfaits that were out of this world delicious. I could go on and on and on… but you get the picture… There was only one Linda Knight. God knew perfectly well the extra special child he created, and I’m sure he’s enjoying her company right now… our loss is Heavens gain… ❤️

  21. We were best friends for almost 40 years and worked together to create a true bond. Because of Linda, I found my 2nd chance at love and she was always there for us!

  22. We are so sorry for your loss. She was a beautiful person inside and out! She will be missed forever ❤️❤️💕

  23. A candle (almost) as bright as your smile. I’ll miss ganging up on my dad when I came to visit and all the laughter we shared. You were always so thoughtful and caring, always bubbly and kind. Such a gentle and loving soul til the end. You’ll be missed by so many, and even though you’re no longer with us, you will always be loved.
