Ledeenne Bourre

SPRINGVALE Ledeenne E. Bourre 87 a resident at Mountain View Residental Care and a former resident of Brook St., Sanford, died early Wednesday morning at H. D. Goodall Hospital. She was born in Tetford Mines P. Q., Canada December 25, 1918 a daughter of Henri & Emma (Plante) Contois. She moved to the US at a youg age and was educated at the former Notre Dame school in Springvale.She was a communicant of St. Ignatius Church. Mrs. Bourre was employed as a presser at the Former Sanford Shoe and Universal Shoe Companies for many years. She loved to sew and decorate her home at Christmas.Her husband Arthur died in 1981 and she was also pre-deceased by her daughter Anita Normand.Survivors are three daughters, Rollande Brochu of Springvale, Rita Loshbaugh of Hudson, NH and Lorraine Sullivan and her husband Gary of Sanford. Her son-in-law Donald Normand of Lebanon.Ten grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.Visiting hours. will be Thursday from 4-8 PM at the Lafrance-Lambert & Black Funeral Home, 29 Winter St., Sanford. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 1 :00 PM Friday In St. Ignatius Church. Interment will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery.
