Katherine L. RaynoSanfordKatherine L. Rayno, 77, of Sanford died early Friday morning June 8, 2001 at the Greenwood Center in Sanford.Mrs. Rayno was born on October 3, 1923 in Peru, NY. She was the daughter of Earle and May Deyette. At a young age her family moved to Vermont. It was there that she lived most of her life before moving to Sanford over ten years ago.While in Vermont Mrs. Rayno was a caretaker for mentally challenged children. She enjoyed collecting dolls, painting, reading, and collecting clothes and jewelry. She is pre-deceased by her husband Richard Rayno and a grandson Kevin Joslyn.Surviving is a daughter Sandria Joslyn and son-in-law Matt Ryea of Wells; two grandsons, Wayne Joslyn of Lebanon, ME, and Christopher Ryea of Wells, and a sister Fran Lyons of Colchester, VT.Visiting hours for Mrs. Rayno will be held Sunday June 10, 2001 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heald Funeral Home, 61 Main St. Springvale. On Monday please meet the family for a 10:00 AM graveside service at Oakdale Cemetery in Sanford.
