Katherine F. Day

Katherine F. Day, 79 years old, of Waterboro Maine died Friday evening June 20, 2003 at Southern Maine Medical Center in Biddeford.Mrs. Day was born on August 21, 1923 in Waterboro, ME. She was the daughter of the late Charles I. and Edith B. Emmons Harriman. She attended local schools and worked for many years as a nurse's aid in Sanford area nursing homes.Mrs. Day was a devoted Christian and loved to share the word of God to others. She loved her Bible and enjoyed church functions at the Wayside Chapel in Waterboro.Predeceasing her is her husband Robert A. Day.Surviving is a son, Mr. David and Marie Robinson of Springvale, a sister Kathleen Wooden of Tennessee, and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.A period of visitation will be held on Wednesday June 25, 2003 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a 12:00 PM funeral service at the Heald Funeral Home, 580 Main St. Springvale.
