Gertrude Welch, 70, of Parsonsfield, passed away after a brief illness on Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at the Maine Medical Center in Portland. She was born in Parsonsfield on April 28, 1937, a daughter of Everett and Hazel (Sprague) Dutch. She attended the Dow and Blaze School in Parsonsfield, graduating high school from Porter Academy.
