Evelyn L. Farwell

Evelyn Louise Farwell, 77,of Sanford died, Saturday, June 28, 2003 at her home. Mrs. Farwell, a life long Sanford resident was born on September 18, 1925 in Sanford to Eugene and Alta Connors LaRose.Evelyn attended Alfred schools. She worked shortly for Sprague Electric and several area shoe shops. Evelyn spent most of her life taking care of her home and family.Mrs. Farwell was a member of the Sanford post of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and was an avid bingo fan.Her husband, Warren R. Farwell and two brothers, Eugene Jr. and Everett LaRose, predeceased Evelyn. She is survived by a daughter Kerry Quirion of Sanford, two sisters, Dorothy Greenleaf of Sanford, Mary LaRose of Lawrence Massachusetts, and two grandchildren.At Mrs. Farwell's request, services will be private.
