Elsie Gregoire

Elsie A. Gregoire, 82, of Sanford, passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2009 at the Evergreen Manor in Saco. She was born in Denmark, Maine on September 9, 1927, a daughter of the late Albert and Hazel (O'Brien) Tron.When she was a young girl she moved to Limerick. She worked in various local shoe shops. In 1945 she married Robert Boucher and together they raised two children. Robert passed away in 1967 and in 1969 she married Henry Gregoire. He passed away in 2002.A quiet person, she kept to herself. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting and the company of her dog, Susie. She loved spending quality time with her familyShe is survived by one son, Armand Boucher of Florida, one daughter, Catherine Allaire of Alfred, granddaughters, Jill Archambault and her husband, Eric of Biddeford, Michelle Hersom of Sanford, Debbie Legere of Sanford, grandson, Stephen Nolette, great grandchildren, Mark and Alexis Scott, Jessica and Samantha Hersom and Alex Legere two brothers, Wallace Tron and Allen Tron, one sister, Dianne MetcalfVisiting hours will be on Wednesday from 6 to 8PM at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale where a funeral will be held on Thursday at 9AM.
