Brunswick – Elizabeth Powell, 65, passed away on March 8, 2026, at her home surrounded by loved ones after a long illness. Elizabeth was born on July 4, 1960, in Preixens, Catalunya, Spain, daughter of the late Maria (Aldabo) Sangra.

Services will be held in private with her family.

  1. Elizabeth was my supervisor for 3 years, while at Maine Pretrial Services. I had the best experience working under her. She taught me so much. My heart is broken 💔. She is already so missed.

  3. I worked with Elizabeth at Pretrial. She taught me so much and always made me smile or laugh. The best hugs I got from her on the days they were most needed. My sincerest condolences to her family. The world lost a great lady that made it a better place, but her memory will continue to let it shine.
