He was lucky enough to see different places across the country, many that most of us will never see, and met many people. On his 70th birthday he went skydiving!!Armand spent his years in the carpentry trade, building homes in his early days and doing mostly re-modeling work later on. He built his original home, an octagon shaped house, on New Dam Road and raised his family there. He never really retired. He was a good provider to his family and taught his children the value of a dollar and the satisfaction of a doing a hard days work well. He was a good friend and would do anything he could to help if there was a need.He was very involved with town politics. In the past he was a Selectman, a member of the Warrant Committee, Town Meeting, Citizens for Responsible Government, Airport Advisory Committee and was founding member of the Estes Lake Association.
