Doreen Connie Perry

Doreen C. Perry, 68, of Sanford ME passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family in the early hours of June 9th. Born in Wolefboro, NH, on April 16th, 1956, Doreen was predeceased by her mother Joan Davis, step-father Lawrence "Papa" Davis, father Fred Sargent, and brother Larry Davis Jr. She is survived by her daughter Monica (Libby)Khan and Husband. Her Son Chris Libby and Wife. Her Sister Kelly Boivin and Husband. Nieces Nicole Davis, Alyssa Ames, Nephew Riece Davis, Grandchildren Breanna Eldridge, Savana Summers and husband, Mason Libby, Hailey Williams, Tyler Williams, and Ryann Libby. As well as her 4 beautiful great grandchildren. For those of us lucky enough to really know Doreen is to know how she truly loved her family and what a generous, kind, and sometimes mischievous heart she had. Doreen was to her family what family should be for each other. She went above and beyond for those she loved. Anything she could do to help she would, with a smile a smart remark and coffee in her hand. Some of her favorite things besides her beautiful grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her coffee, her favorite character Tweety bird, pink carnations, a good old cookout, going out to dinner with her daughter, Visits with her sister and niece, Seeing the latest projects her son would create and talking on the phone with her mother for hours. Doreen was tough and had an extraordinary work ethic. She really set an example. We hope she knew just how grateful we all were for her. She made such a difference in many of our lives.
