Donald Michael Morrell, Sr.Portland, MaineDonald Michael Morrell, Sr., 25, of Limington, Maine, died May 21, 2001 at The Maine Medical Center, Portland, Maine.He was born in Portland Maine on July 21, 1975, he was the son on Kirby E. and Gladys Higgins Morrell, and was a graduate of Boney Eagle High School, Standish, Maine.When he worked for Rent-A-Vision, now Rent Way he attended management classes. Mr. Morrell also took automotive classes in Portland at PRVTC.Donald worked for Permathane Gas Company, a division of Maine Rubber , Gorham, Maine.As a young man, Donald was very active with the 4-H Club for 9 years. As a youth Donald was a ministers assistant and Acolyte for The Buxton Methodist Church.Mr. Morrell loved old automobiles. He enjoyed farming, fishing, hunting and most of all, spending time with his children.He is survived by his wife Christina Morrell, Limington, ME; sons, Donald Michael Morrell, JR., Limington, ME., Kirby Paul Morrell, Limington, ME; a daughter, Ashley Marie Morrell (THE GIRL), Limington, ME; his mother, Gladys Morrell Roberts, Limington, ME; his sister, Arline Weeman and her husband Andy, Hollis, ME; his aunt, Katie Morrell, Steep Falls, ME; his uncles, Warren Higgins, Buxton, ME, Lorring Morrell, Steep Falls, ME; sister-in-law, Lisa Lavigne, Limington, ME; brother-in-law, Christopher Bean, Limington, ME; a niece, Chloe M. Lavigne, Limington, ME.Relatives and friends may call from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Thursday at Heald Funeral Home, 25 Sokokis Trail North, Limerick, Maine, where a funeral will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday.
