Donald Cormier

Donald H. Cormier, 65, of Shapleigh, Maine, formerly of MA, passed away on Sunday June 11, 2006 at the Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. He was born in Lynn, MA on October 29, 1939, the son of Henry and Ruth (Beauchamps) Fuchs Cormier.He was raised in Peabody where he attended local schools. He was a member of the Lynn Carpenters Union from 1972 to 1982. He owned and operated Don's Archery Supply from 1982 to 1991 in Lynn, MA. He retired from Dalton Kennels in Saugus, MA in September of 2004. Don was an avid hunter.He is predeceased by two sons, David K. Sisson and Donald E. Sisson. He is survived by one daughter, Michelle Landry and her husband, George of Shapleigh, wife, Ellen McWha of Shapleigh, grandchildren, Michael Vangelist, Kyle Sisson, Robert Landry, Andrew Landry, George Landry Jr., Matthew Landry, Jared Landry and Nicholas Landry.Visiting hours will be on Friday June 16 from 1-3pm at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street in Springvale, Maine where a memorial service will take place at 3pm.
