Donald Bernier

Donald W. Bernier, 57, of Sanford, passed away at his home surrounded by his family Friday evening November 23, 2007. He was born in Sanford on October 22, 1950 a son of Raymond J. Hope Bernier Letourneau. Donald graduated from Sanford High School Class of 1971.He then served his country in the U.S.A.F from 1971 to 1980. Due to illness he retired in June 2006 from Thompson Center Arms in Rochester, NH.Donald is predeceased by his father, Raymond J. Bernier and one brother, Robert P. Bernier.He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Priscilla 'Pat' Bernier of Sanford. He is also survived by his mother, Hope Bernier Letourneau and his step father, Noel Letourneau of Sanford, four brothers, Richard D. Bernier of Tucson, Arizona, Raymond J. Bernier of Phoeniz, Arizona, Michael R. Bernier and Mark L. Bernier both of Sanford, two sisters, Mrs. Frank Chesley (Linda) of Sanford, Mrs. Don Jones (Donna) of Millbury, MA, step daughter, Mrs. Patrick Lambert (Lisa), one stepson, Frederick Westgate of MA. At Donald's request burial will be at St. Ignatius Cemetery in Sanford at the convenience of the family.Arrrangements are under the direction of the Lafrance-Lambert & Black Funeral Home, 29 Winter Street in Sanford.To leave a message of condolence please use the "condolences" tab to the left.
