Claire H. Boyce

Claire H. Boyce, 67, of Sanford, died unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, August 22nd.Claire was born on March 2, 1939 in Sanford, Maine to Tancrede and Lucille Chabot. She was a life-long resident of Sanford and worked in the area her whole life, including Sprague Electric and Augat.She was a fun-loving, friendly and caring person who loved to be with people and family. Claire was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed for her giving nature and unique sense of humor.Survivors include her son, John Heath of Portsmouth, NH; her brothers, Alfred Chabot and his wife Jacqueline of Sanford and Michael Chabot and his wife Debbie of Wells; her sisters, Janet Sullivan of Auburn and Susan Brackett and her husband Al of Sanford as well as many nieces and nephews.A period of visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon on Saturday, August 26, 2006 with a memorial service following at 12:00 at Lafrance-Lambert & Black Funeral Home, located at 29 Winter Street in Sanford. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be sent to Waban Projects, Inc. 5 Dunaway Drive, Sanford, ME 04073.
