Charles Hill

Charles "Charlie" B. Hill, IV died suddenly Sunday, January 23, 2005 at his home in Alfred. He was born March 16, 1957 in Pawtucket, Rhode Island a son of Charles R. and Beverly A. (Sargent) Hill. Charlie was a third-generation Blacksmith/Farrier. He was a passionate fly-fisherman and hunter and loved sharing his knowledge with his family and friends. He was generous in every way. He leaves behind his wife, Pam Hill and six daughters, Jessica Hill, Sondra Hill, Lucy Hodgson, Darcy Hodgson, Rebecca Hodgson and Anna Hill; a grandson, Jacob Hill; his sister, Tuni Shartner; uncle Bradford Sargent and grandmother, Eugenie Pike. Charlie was a very loving husband, father and friend and will be greatly missed. Friends and family may call at the Heald Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale on Friday, January 28, 2004 from 6 - 8 pm. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 29th. at 11:00 am at the Alfred Parish Church with Rev. Bruce Burnham, officiating. A private burial will be held in the spring.
