Charles Biehler

Charles Biehler, 94, of Sanford, formerly of Wells and Oak Harbor, Ohio, died February 25 at Hillcrest Gardens in Sanford after a lengthy illness.He was born in Oak Harbor, Ohio on November 25, 1920, the son of Charles F. and Jessie (Caris) Biehler.Mr. Biehler worked for many years as a long haul truck driver for Controls Corporation of America. He moved to Wells in 1968 where he worked as a caretaker at East Winds Resort.Survivors include a son, Charles W. Biehler of Rochester, NH, a sister, Mildred Lipstraw of Oak Harbor, Ohio and three grandchildren.At his request, there will be no formal services. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Fremont, Ohio.Arrangements are under the direction of Black Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Sanford-Springvale and Crosser Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Oak Harbor, Ohio.
