Cathryn L. Poulin, 71, a lifelong resident of Sanford, passed away on January 10, 2024, at Pinnacle Health Care in North Berwick. Born on May 26, 1952, in Rochester, NH, Cathryn was the daughter of the late Alwyn and Jacqueline (Cossette) Poulin.
Throughout her career, she contributed her skills to clerical work for attorneys and the Department of Health and Human Services.
Some of her fondest memories were created with family during summers on Long Sands Beach in York. The beauty of Brookfield, NH, and the serenity of Moose Mountain held special places in her heart.
Cathryn's had a close bond with her parents and sister. She was also enjoyed her independence and enjoyed being at home. Cathryn had a special place in her heart for her cats, finding joy and companionship in their company.
She was predeceased by her mother, father, stepfather Meryl Blaisdell, sister Pamela Poulin Desfosses, and brother Wayne Poulin.
Survivors include nephew Richard Desfosses and several cousins.
A graveside service will be held at Holy Rosary Cemetery in Rochester, NH on Saturday June 15 at 10:00 am.
