Blaine L. Gerrish

Blaine L. Gerrish, 49 years old, of Sanford, ME died Thursday, March 2, 2006 in Sanford, ME.Mr. Gerrish was born on June 4, 1956 in Sanford, ME. He was the son of Merton Gerrish Sr. of Lebanon, ME and Dixie (Griffin) Gerrish of Sanford, ME.Mr. Gerrish was an honorable man. He greatly enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, and farming. He loved to walk his land with his sons Nathan and Aaron, and ride his tractor tending to his garden. He was loved by many, and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.Surviving are his parents Merton Gerrish Sr. and Dixie Gerrish, his wife Lisa Gerrish of Garland, ME; two sons, Nathan Gerrish of Garland, ME, and Aaron Gerrish of Sanford, ME; two stepdaughters, Ritchie Anne Smith of Sanford, Jessica Willey of Garland, and a stepson Corey Willey of Garland. Also surviving are three sisters, Eva Gerrish Hood, Liz Gerrish Seavey, Gayle Gerrish; three brothers, Brian Gerrish, Merton Gerrish Jr., Errol Gerrish, and several nieces and nephews.A period of visitation for Mr. Gerrish will be held on Sunday, March 5, 2006 from 2 to 4 PM at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main St. Springvale, ME.
