Beverly A. Lamson

Scarborough- Beverley Anne Lamson, of Scarborough, Maine, passed away peacefully, August 4, 2016, after suffering a brief illness. She was born in Canada to Glyn T. Benjamin and Anne Mary (McCarthy) Benjamin. Beverley was predeceased by her parents and her husband, Lewis Lamson. Beverley was a graduate of South Portland High School, where she was a member of Sigma Delta Sorority. Her places of employment varied, but her favorite was Maine Aviation. She spent her life in South Portland and Cape Elizabeth. Beverley loved the ocean and the beaches in the area. Beverley traveled extensively in Europe with her late husband. Beverley was an avid animal lover and rescued many cats and dogs during her lifetime; she gave each of them a life fit for a King or Queen. Her favorite dog, as of late, was her friends dog, Clyde. Beverley will be most missed for her keen sense of humor and quick wit. She will be dearly missed by her close friends, Carole and Linda. At Beverleys request all services will be private.
