Bertha F. Fredette, 102, of Sanford, a longtime resident of Dover, NH, died February 26 in Sanford.She was born in Franklin, NH on February 11, 1909, the daughter of Joseph and Eva (Soreon) Noel, attended Dover, NH parochial schools and was a resident of the Dover area for over 40 years.Bertha was a homemaker most of her life who enjoyed knitting and puzzles. She was an avid Bingo player, attending games several times a week when she was younger and able to do so.She was predeceased by her husband, Adelard C. Fredette in 1967, by a daughter, Sharon Fredette in 1982, by a son Valmore Fredette in 2002 and by a son Robert Fredette in 2008.Survivors include five daughters, Rosemond Carpenter of New Bedford, MA, Doris Watson and her husband George of Sanford, Janet Bickford of Belmont, NH, Irene Carter of Alfred, Lois Vermette and her husband Rollie with whom she resided for many years, of Sanford, a son, Richard Fredette and his wife Kym of Shapleigh, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday March 5 at 11:00 AM in the Notre Dame Church of St. Therse of Lisieux Parish, 10 Payne Street, Springvale. Burial will be in the spring in Mt.
