Beatrice J. Perron

Beatrice J. Perron, 86, of Sanford, passed away on Thursday April 13, 2006 at the Varney Crossing Nursing Home in North Berwick. She was born in Sanford on January 8, 1920 a daughter of Ernest and Evangeline (Doiron) Duprey.She attended Holy Family School. She was a lifelong communicant of St. Ignatius Catholic Church.For many years she was employed at the former Goodall Sanford Textile Mill. She also worked at the North Star Woolen Mill and Nike Shoe. She is predeceased by her husband, Alfred J. Perron who passed away on December 16, 1989, brothers,Robert Dupre, Charles Dupre,Gerard Dupre, Donald Dupre, Romeo Dupre, sisters, Alita Wilcox, Florence Dubois, Blanche Jenkins, Doris DexterShe is survived by her children, Ronald Perron, Dr. Rita Perron, Carol Rousseau, Connie Lane and Susan Perron, brothers, Leo Dupre, Harvey Dupre, 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.Visiting hours will be on Sunday April 16 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Lafrance-Lambert & Black Funeral Home 29 Winter Street in Sanford. A mass of christian burial will be celebrated on Monday at 9am at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Sanford. Burial will be at Notre Dame Cemetery in Springvale.In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her memory to a charity of one's choice.Condolences may be expressed by going to the "condolence" tab to the left.
