Mary Daye

Mary Daye, 80, of Lyman, passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2019. She was born in Mexico a daughter of the late Antonio and Isabella (Langston) Bartolini.She met her future husband, Walter Daye Jr., on a military base. She liked to cook, garden, and canning. She also loved going to horse shows. She was very talkative and made many friends at the horse shows. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother she will be greatly missed by the family she leaves behind.She is predeceased by her husband, Walter Daye Jr., who passed in 2011 and two grandchildren, Michael Christopher Patrick Daye and Destiny Victoria Daye.She is survived by her children, son, Walter L. Daye III and his children, Joshua, Zak, Sharlee, daughter, Queenie Day and her children, Roy and William, son, Tony Daye and loving partner, Sandra and his children, Tony Jr., Nicholas, Elizabeth, Candace, son, Stoy Daye, and his children, Jessica, Christopher, Stoy Jr., Justin, Darrion, Grace, and Kaylee, daughter, Patty Daye and companion, Shawn, and her daughter, Bayley. She is also survived by many great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.A graveside service will be held on Friday November 8th at 12noon at the Southern Maine Veterans Cemetery in Springvale.Condolences may be expressed at www.blackfuneralhomes.com
