Portland – Jacob R. Rich, 31, passed away on April 6, 2026 at his home in Portland. Jake was born on January 23, 1995, in Biddeford, son of Sharene (Rich) Hoffman.

Jake enjoyed enjoyed drawing, music, anime and horror movies.

Jake was predeceased by his grandparents, Gary and Belinda Rich. He is survived by his mother, Sharene, and father, Daniel Hoffman; brothers, Jaime, Joseph, Jordan, and Avery; sisters, Jacqueline and Amethyst; niece, Maddy; nephew, Mason; and many extended family members.

Services for Jake will be held in private with his family.
