The staff is wonderful, cost is more than reasonable. Make sure you compare others first. Make sure you check this place out before making your decision!!! There are certain funeral homes (one, that I know of in South Berwick which shall remain nameless) that offer prepaying of services and then try to change the contract with the survivors; charging more than the contracted amount.

Adam R. Walker is my nephew and has many years in the Funeral Business managing and working all levels of the business. I am very proud of him because he is very genuine, sensitive, and wants to do what is needed to comfort each family. He does not designate parts of the business to other employees. He is completely envolved with meeting families, sale represenatives on a personal level, and always doing as much personal work as possible. I believe you will enjoy meeting Adam R. Walker stop in just to meet him .
The love and care we received as a family was more than we expected, and the beautiful setting at their State St. Home made a very difficult day more bearable, the owner Adams interaction with our family made us feel very much at ease. Adam and Caitlyn Walker made sure the visiting hours, celebration of life and graveside Military Honors, all held on the same day were executed perfectly. Conroy-Tully Walker, especially Alissa, made one of the hardest times of my life so much easier. The building is gorgeous, the service was perfect, but above all the staff were beyond polite, helpful, and kind. I felt my father was in the right hands.

During the most difficult time in my life, Black Funeral Homes went above and beyond in helping me give my Husband the funeral he wanted, a green burial. It means so much to me knowing my loved one was in such good hands and gave my husband the respect and dignity he deserved. Even following up to make sure I was doing alright. Good people. Black Funeral Home and their staff were top shelf from start to finish. They handled my Father's services with the utmost respect and attention to detail. I recently lost my teen son and father. From the first time we stepped into the home, the staff were some of the most compassionate, kind, thoughtful and informative people I've ever met. They worked at our pace, ensuring every necessary detail was accounted for. My family members were cremated, and I have no doubt, that they were treated with the utmost respect and care. Everyone at Black Funeral Home was so understanding, sympathetic and helpful during a very difficult time. Candis was kind and caring while arranging for cremation and navigating us through every detail making it seamless. She even checked in on us a month later to see how the family was doing. I can’t say enough about how well taken care of we were.

I had met with Adam a few years ago to prepare funeral arrangements for myself and my husband and was extremely pleased with his warmth and concern that put me at ease for the future care that I would receive. The time came last Thursday when I would need his help in preparing for my husband’s services. The care and respect received from Adam and his staff was beyond reproach and very caring.
Staff was very friendly and courteous. Building was clean and neatly organized, driveways were clear of snow and ice.
Gracious and professional. Staff was extremely helpful and supportive during a time of great stress for our family. Conroy-Tully Walker made the experience of saying goodbye to my Mom as easy as it could possibly be. Alissa and Adam went above and beyond helping me arrange a funeral and burial from out of state. When I say they were caring and professional in every aspect from meeting in person, advising me, checking on me, ordering flowers that matched my scant description ...I really mean they exceeded my expectations of what a funeral home would provide to their customers. I just can't recommend them any more confidently. This funeral home handled my grandmother's services in 1968 and I wouldn't have gone any place else for my mother, they gave me so much peace at a very difficult time. If I could give them more stars I would.
David & Alyssa were wonderful, they were able to help us through everything during those hard times and made the process easy. David was tremendous he works with other religions to accommodate our beliefs and he is extremely knowledgeable. Thank you so much for making this tough process so easy.
While our experience isn't fully over, I'll say that when we first arrived brokenhearted and confused the Director made us feel much better about what's always a sad experience.

At a time of great loss and pain, it’s comforting to know someone is guiding you down the path of saying your final goodbye to a loved one. Conroy Tully Walker, specifically Alissa, were wonderful. Alissa’s professionalism, knowledge and supportive manner calmed my family when we felt we were in the middle of an emotional storm.

My family and I cannot say enough about the wonderful job the entire staff did when my husband Jack passed away suddenly!!! They were all SOO compassionate and caring and have continued to offer support and help in any way necessary!! We asked Adam to help us make his funeral a true celebration of his life and ours and sure enough he did that and more!! Jack was an avid golfer, Adam suggested that we bring his clubs in and much to our surprise he displayed them in such a way that it brought smiles to all of us with friends still commenting!!Caitlin put a fabulous video together that we will enjoy forever!!

The owner, Adam, went above and beyond for my family and I. We had issues with another funeral home that was mistreating my family and our loved one, so he went and transferred her here. He was very welcoming and comforting and even brought his dog to comfort us as well. They really did an amazing job. I recommend this place if you want your loved one taken care of respectfully and to have an easy process during the mourning period.

When my wife and I lost our son last year, Conroy-Tully Walker helped our family through THE darkest time of our lives. They were real, they were kind and they were compassionate. Adam and his staff was extremely remarkable to work with to honor my son who passed away recently young 23yrs old due to complicated health issues. I couldn't have picked a better place. They are warm, compassionate these only a few words to describe this experience. Also they are very family oriented and it's about the family during the hard time. I DEFINITELY would use this company again.

The staff was beyond accommodating to me and my family in a difficult time. They walked me through each step of the process. The night my mom passed and they came to the nursing home to get her, the driver couldn’t have been any more considerate of us and even more towards the handling of my mother.
We used Conroy service to say the final farewell for my father. From our initial call until the end, the staffs were very accommodating to our family’s needs. My family could not have picked a better funeral home for the service. Thank you for providing the support our family needed.
Dealing with the tragedy and pain and loss of a loved one is truly beyond challenging. However and rather unbelievably Adam Walker and his extraordinary staff at Tully-Walker somehow understood and embraced the truth that the depth of one’s grief is directly proportional to the boundless depth of one’s love for that loved one.
That understanding was palpable throughout our memorial service and evident at every stage both before and after that service.
Never would I have thought that Tully- Walker or anyone else could begin to ease just even a bit of that grief. Adam Walker and his team did just that — caring, professional, empsthiec and more. Endless thanks from the Deborah Cummins family.
