Rachel Lynn Jeffers

Portland - Rachel “Lynn” Jeffers, 74, passed away on Feb. 22, 2024 at a hospital in Portland. Lynn was born on Dec. 30, 1949 in Portland. She was the daughter of the late Charles H. Cobb Jr. and Marilyn R.(Messer) Mills. Lynn was an angel who was loved by all who knew her. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, and friend. She is predeceased by her step-father, Daniel Ballantyne and two of her children. Lynn is survived by husband of 20 years, Andrew Jeffers Jr.; daughter, Tammy Vandine; brother William “Bill” and his wife Patricia Mills; sister, Susan and her husband Mike Bosco and sisters-in-law, Latanya Jeffers and Yvonne Cloy; granddaughter, Ashley McCulloch and great-granddaughters, Audrya and Ayrana McCulloch; best friend, Lenda Matti. Arrangements are under the direction of Conroy-Tully Walker Funeral Home, 172 State St. Portland.
