It is such an honor and a blessing to be the granddaughter of such a beautiful woman. Grandma was truly amazing. She was what a woman should be. Kind hearted, always happy, always helping. Grandma was especially generous. Generous with her love and with her time. Always taking the extra moment to let her family know how much she loved them, by saying it and showing it. By preparing a lovely meal, taking care of us when we were sick or by breaking out her charcoal stix to sketch with us. You knew you were loved, and you knew you were special, she made sure you felt that way. Grandma’s home was our home. Always welcoming and comforting. I am a better person just to have known her, and the world was a better place for having her in it. I love you Grandma and I will miss you. I will cherish the time we had together, and one day we will be together again.
