I am very sorry to hear about your loss. God’s Word, the Bible, provides the greatest comfort of all. Grieving is not an overnight process, but the Bible can provide comfort, for it assures us that in the new world that God promises to bring about, “death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.” (Revelation 21:3, 4) You too may find that meditating on such promises will help you cope with the loss of your loved one.

Hideaway, indeed has lost one of the most revered and loved members. Joe was unique with his wonderful wit and his love of people. There was always a smile on his face and St. Patrick’s day will never, ever be the same without his beautiful Irish voice. Joe, you are surely missed and Marge, hurry back to all of us. To Mrs. Flaherty and the rest of Joe’s family, we were saddened to hear of Joe’s passing. He was a great friend of my dad’s and it was always a great time when Joe came by our home in Auburn after officiating high school games. I enjoyed hearing his stories about his family and friends and was lucky to enjoy his company on many football trips through the years. I am sure that Joe and Tom are being well cared for as they plan their next practical joke. Rest in Peace, Mike Keaney Claire Keaney

The Hideaway has lost one of the best. We all have great memories of Joe. Our favorite one was last St. Patty’s Day, he brought the clubhouse to their feet, singing his beloved Irish songs, there was not a dry eye in the house. Hurry back soon Marge, we miss you. Blessings and prayers to your whole family as you meet this weekend to share many memories and say goodbye. Love Bill Marilyn
