Oh, Papa. I will miss you and your warm smile so much. This obituary hardly scratches the surface of what a wonderful man you were. I will miss Sunday morning tea with you, and your encouragement for me to eat another one of Mammie Claire’s delectable cookies. 🙂 Thank you so much for the huge influence you had in my mom and the way she turned out. Thank you for our family. Say hi to Uncle Phil for me, and I’ll see you again someday; for in Christ, there are no goodbyes! I love you, Papa.
