  1. Dear Eunice, family and friends of Frank,
On behalf of the United States Submarine Veterans, we offer our sincere condolences at Frank´s passing. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are always saddened whenever a fellow “Bubblehead” departs on Eternal Patrol. He served with honor in the U.S. Submarine Force.
To our “Brother-of-the-Phin” we say, “Sailor, rest your oar. We have the watch. Fair Winds and Following Seas.” Thank you for your service to our country.
Eunice and family… “may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with you.” 2 Thessalonians 3:16 (ESV).

  2. I am saddened to learn of Frank’s passing. I worked with him at Casco Bank for several years and remember him well for his patient, calm and always tactful reviews of my loan portfolio quality and documentation. I became a better banker because of him and will miss our chance meetings at Shaws or Veterans and Memorial Day Parades in Falmouth. Cheers to Frank Dusty.
