Gorham- Corrinne M. Feeney, 82, formerly of School Street died Sunday, July 2, 2017, at the Barron Center in Portland. She was born in St. Francis, Maine, on October 17, 1934, the daughter of the late Oscar I. and Annie M. (Jackson) Morin. She graduated from South Portland High School in the class of 1954. In 1960 she married Francis R. Feeney and together they shared many happy years together. Corrinne worked as an administrative assistant at UNUM for more than twenty seven years before retiring. In her spare time she enjoyed knitting, playing bingo, gathering with friends and family to play cards, and she had a great love for animals. She was a longtime member of the Gorham American Legion, and a lifelong communicant of Holy Cross Church in South Portland. She was a beautiful woman and a loving mother to her two children. Corrinne was predeceased by her husband Francis R. Feeney in 1975; two brothers, Reynold and Sheldon Morin. She is survived by a daughter, Darrin Henckel of Limington; a son, Francis R. and his wife Rhonda Feeney of Buxton; a sister, Anita and her husband Albert Stivaletti of Cumberland; three brothers, Roland and his wife Jean Morin of Cape Elizabeth, Gerald and his wife Mary Ann Morin of Portland, and Ervin and his wife Judy Morin of Old Orchard Beach; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the staff of the Barron Center for the love and care given to their mother over the past three years, she considered you all her extended family. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2017, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at the Conroy-Tully Walker Funeral Home, South Portland Chapel, 1024 Broadway. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home on Friday, July 7, 2017, at 9:15am followed by a 10:00am Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Cross Church, 124 Cottage Road, South Portland. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Broadway, South Portland.   1. It has been many, many years since I have seen Corrinne but I went to work at Enterprise Department Store as a high school student in 1958 and she was my supervisor. I moved on before she did but, with appreciation, I have never forgotten all that she taught me. I just wanted to share this memory with her family. Please accept my condolences.
