  1. My sincerest condolences go to you and your family – I really enjoyed Charlene so much. She trained me to take her place here at Maine Public Service over 25 years ago. We had a wonderful time together sharing an office and many great experiences. I will never forget her. She was a wonderful lady and friend.

  3. My deepest condolences to Charlene’s family. I enjoyed getting to know her while on our UMPI European Art Tours. What a pistol she was! The rest of the group usually had a hard time keeping up with her on our many walks through the towns and cities in Europe. Charlene really enjoyed all aspects of life and I know lived it to the fullest. I’m privledged to own one of her photographic still-lifes of a beautiful China cup saucer sitting on a colorful quilt. I’ll think of her each time I look at it. Best wishes to all the family, Dan

  6. Dear Don, I don’t know of you remember me from Presque Isle. I had you as an instructor at UMPI for an Intro to Business class. I introduced myself to you and your wife, Linda many years ago. You mom went on a European Art Tour with Clifton Boudman aka Boud, to England and Scotland. I had the opportunity to spend time with your mom on that trip and in a few Art History classes. I really enjoyed her and her energy. I had a couple of friends from UMPI visit in me in Saco last week and we were just talking about her and that trip. My condolences to you and your family with her passing. She was truly a warm, wonderful and fun loving person. I’m sure you have many wonderful memories of and with her. She will be missed alot my many. May the love of family and friends comfort you at this difficult time. Warm wishes and peace Becky
